hi experts,
in our company we have proffesionally recorded voice greetings for our Voicemailbox. For my personal voicemail box I can uploud this via Teams APP settings.

But how do I use this file for a auto attendant or a call queue which uses a shared voicemail box?

    Hi @Manuel

You could upload the custom audio file in Teams admin center. Click Voice > Auto Attendants > Add and you will find the greeting here. If you select Play an audio file you can use the Upload file button to upload a recorded greeting message saved as audio in .WAV, .MP3, or .WMA format. The recording can be no larger than 5 MB.
