Good morning,

I created a Training site which simply consists of a document library and a training participant sign-in sheet. Instructor will upload training material to document library which has no any issue. I utilized SP build-in Customer List and changed it to our Training Sign-in list so participants can fill their name, email, phone number and the date they take party in the training directly on the page. They are also required to make digital signature to avoid other participant filling personal information for them. How to enable digital signature in Customer List? Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Annie Tang

    Hi @Annie Tang
Currently there is no ootb method to make digital signature in sharepoint 2013. You may need to use 3rd tool to achieve it which is not supported in Q&A forum.

    Yilu,

Thank you for your response. SharePoint is named as collaboration and teamwork application. However when the team work through SharePoint, it is somehow really weak on collaboration.

    Thanks,
    Annie Tang
