Anyone have any ideas on why I am seeing this error in my application Event Viewer logs when logging in to our Server 2019 servers while my other co-workers are not?

Automatic certificate enrollment for DOMAIN\XXXXXXXXXX failed (0x80092013) The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.

I am getting this error on all servers.

I read through that doc. I am just curious why my co-workers would not have the same error generated in the server app event viewer logs when logging into the same servers via RDP, if there is an issue with an offline root CRL being expired?
