Problem login personal email

Hello,
I have a problem logging in. I can only log in with my personal email and not with the company email.

How can I do?

    Perhaps there are some policies or restrictions enforced by your company. You can try reaching out to your Company support team

    Do you mean that you only cannot log in Teams? Or all the office products by the company email?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    It recommends you clear the Teams client cache as below:

    1. Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
    2. Once in the directory, delete any file in the following folders:
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
      %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp
