My 301 Exam was concluded as failed 0/1000 when I have not written the exam

Hello,

My name is Ezekiel Ndubisi, on getting to my Pearson view test center to sit for my MS301 exam, I discovered my exam showed failed 0/1000 and concluded. Myself and the exam instructor there was surprised. An exam I have not written rating me? I request the exam is invested as I didn't write it and yet I was told that I failed the exam.
