When creating a list with multiple assignees, is there a way to have different "yes/no" answers for each individual user?

We are creating a list to track training and are looking to have one training items assigned to various users. Is there a way to have the next column (in this case it will be Complete: Yes/No") customized for each assigned user, or does there need to be a separate entry for each individual user?

    Hi @Julie Laven ,

Do you want to create different "yes/no" columns for different users? You could use "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint" action in Power Automate flow to create different yes/no columns for different users. For Example:

If you want get more further help in Power Automate flow, you could create a new discussion in Microsoft Power Automate Community. In this forum engineer will provide more professional help in Power Automate flow.
