Windows Server 2012 R2 I work for a company that uses it but the previous BT setup is ridiculous and I can't reach any wifi servers. What is the reason?

"the previous BT setup is ridiculous"
In addition to Dave's suggestion, Windows Server 2012 did not natively support bluetooth. So you would need to figure out how the previous admin cobbled together a solution that did 'work'.
Hi,
Thanks for posting here.
Could you please help to provide more details regarding the issue for further troubleshooting.
And I would also like to confirm the following questions:
Whether the wireless Lan Driver was installed on server 2012 R2?
And may I know if the wireless LAN services was enabled on the server?
Hope my answer will help you!
