Window Server 2022 Update issue

Cumulative Update only (Failed to install)
Findings:

  1. Checked system files. - no anomaly.
  2. Reset the update component. - appears to be the same.
  3. Update other KB is normal, except KB5012604.
  4. Create a new Windows Server 2022 virtual machine within the internal testing environment and update KB5012604. - able to update successfully.

KB5010354 – Successful Installed
KB5010421 – Failed to install 0x800f0905
KB5011497 – Failed to install 0x800f0905
KB5011558 – Failed to install 0x800f0905
KB5012604 – Failed to install 0x800f0905

Prerequisite for KB5010421 - must install KB5005039

Tried install but not applicable to window server 2022.
