@Zac Avramides Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that we have created a policy to update Intune LOB application but it is not successful. If there is anything misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.
Firstly I have some questions need to be clarified:
1, Can you provide more specific information, such as a screenshot of the policy configuration.
2, Is the system version win11? If yes, can you try installing it on a win10 device, as expected?
3, Have you take a look at the intunemgt logs to detect what could happen?
