Heavy packet loss in Chennai, India edge location for everyone around india. when will microsoft solve this issue?

Chennai, India edge server has 50-60% packet loss and it's been the same for 2 years while no one notices or does anything about it. will it be even noticed and fixed anytime soon or Microsoft will just ignore it?

    As you can see there is 68% packet loss on be-4-0.ibr01.maa01.ntwk.msn.net , Its always been like this 60-80% packet loss inside azure network.
