Windows Server 2019 Time Sync

Question

I have synched time in my Windows 2019 server and in bottom left corner where generally time is displayed, it is showing the correct time. However ,server manager and other applications are using different time with a lag of more then 12 Hrs.I am unable to find reason for it.

Some general info

• All domain members should use NT5DS domain time.
• Desktops and member servers sync with any domain controller.
• Domain controllers sync with PDC emulator (one per domain)
• PDC emulator in child domain can sync with any domain controller in parent domain.
• PDC emulator in parent domain syncs with either a hardware clock or possibly an external source.
