I advise you to upgrade to the latest build.
You may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and attach dump files there.
Try update your drivers too.
Blue screen error KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
it's a win10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 system
I‘ve been thourgh blue screen error for 6 times this day.
the code was KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Many files were missing.Indicate any of these installed non-Microsoft software:
a) antivirus
b) firewallAfter identifying the third party software in the thread please run the applicable uninstall tool:

1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
chkdsk /scanPost a share link into this thread displaying the commands with results.
2) Open advanced system settings > system properties > advanced tab > startup and recovery settings > post an image
3) Open advanced system settings > system properties > advanced tab > performance settings > advanced tab > virtual memory / page file settings > post an image
or type: (win + sysdm.cpl) > open system properties > advanced tab >
During the troubleshooting if available these are preferred:
Write debugging information > automatic memory dump
Dump file > %Systemroot%\memory.dmp
System failure > uncheck automatically restart
Paging file on the Windows drive
Automatically manage paging file size for all drives
System managed sizeReboot after setting changes.
Please post images or share links of the new settings (startup and recovery; virtual memory/page file)
