You are using the older version of Windows 10.
I advise you to upgrade to the latest build.
You may open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and attach dump files there.
    Try update your drivers too.

There are third party software that can interfere with the running of the V2 log collector.
    Many files were missing.

Indicate any of these installed non-Microsoft software:
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall

After identifying the third party software in the thread please run the applicable uninstall tool:
    https://support.eset.com/en/kb146-uninstallers-removal-tools-for-common-windows-antivirus-software

Make sure that Microsoft Defender is on.

Then run V2 and post a new share link into the newest post.

The log collector will collect the applicable files for troubleshooting.

Please make sure that Microsoft Defender is the only working antivirus.
