I am running into this issue and am following the example doc.

My data factory can navigate the given ADLS, but it cannot see the specific python file, or any file for that matter (txt,csv).
I am producing both stdout.txt and stderr.txt when trying to debug the pipeline.
I am utilizing an account key for ADF to link to the ADLS. All resources are within the same region.

Did you upload the required files into the input container?
Make sure to follow the steps mentioned in the article to successfully run the Python scripts through Azure Data Factory using Azure Batch.

I have tried uploading the python file from both storage explorer and the azure portal, ADF is still not seeing the file within the input container.
I'm using the architecture from the demo, I'm not utilizing the iris.csv.
In my situation, I am trying to have ADF run a python script on a scheduled basis. The python script makes an api call and writes the results to ADLS.
Do you know of a reason why ADF cannot see my python file? Do I need enable read access somehow within the container?
My batch account is also synced with the ADLS storing my python script. Thanks.

Yes, you need to have read permission on file which you have uploaded.
