Hello Teams Community,
Please i need your help on this issue.
Teams desktop app is stuck on the loading screen as shown below:
We tried to cleared the team cache %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams removing it solves the problem.
But within a few days it gets stuck in the loading screen again.
This is for a lot of our users the case.

Considering this issue is happened in many users in your organization, could you try to run the Teams in compatibility mode to see if it could be fixed?
