Hello--

I am an art teacher in a district that is using Teams to meet. I have 600+ students to add by grade level to a team. How do I add there emails at one time and not individually?

Hi!

In my experience, you can schedule the channel meeting. It don’t need to specify people just the channel in the invitation. This will automatically invite all members of the team. For more details about how to schedule a channel meeting, please refer to the third section in the following link:

I do not have any teams to schedule a channel meeting because I do not want to manually insert 451 emails to create a team.

Hi @Anonymous ,

To bulk add users to your team, the most recommended way is to create an office365 group or distribution list by your admin. Once you have those members in it, at teams client, instead of adding individual members, you add to as group, so you could achieve adding multiple users at the same time.
