Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have had a strange issue whereby all of our team's site phones have automatically logged themselves out.

Although we have already login to these phones.

But i would like to know the possible causes of Teams Phone logged out and how to get it resolved

We're having the same issue with the Yealink Internet phones. Is there a way to keep those devices logged in as opposed to needing to be re-verified weekly? Because what happens is the phone number no longer works on the landline when its logs out (without notifying the owner) and then is automatically forwarded to their laptop which is incredibly inconvenient

By "Teams phone", are you referring to the Teams app for mobile phones? It's it's true, have you checked if there's anything in common on the affected phones? For instance, is it only affecting Teams for iOS or Teams for Andriod? And is it a recently occurred issue after installing a certain update?

Besides, considering that it's a widely affected issue in your organization, it's also suggested to have a look at the Service Health dashboard in Microsoft 365 admin center and see if there's any potentially relevant information there.

Have you checked if there's anything in common on the affected phones? Yes – but nothing stands out as the obvious cause for the issue.

For instance, is it only affecting Teams for iOS or Teams for Android? Only Yealink Teams phones

And is it a recently occurred issue after installing a certain update? No recently deployed updates on our end.

we have live monitoring and nothing obvious got brought to my attention as of now. Nobody has reported the issue today.

But we just wanted to know why the Yealink Device logged out from Teams.

I will have a look at the service health dashboard

Hi @IBN ,

Thanks for sharing more details. And as regards to the service heath dashboard, you can check the History tab as well since it seems that there's no issue now.

Besides, considering that all the affected devices are Yealink Teams phones, personally I'd recommend trying to contact Yealink as well to confirm if there were similar reports from other users recently=.

I briefly checked the service health and found the below incident. It does acknowledge that the phones are being logged out, but not entirely sure what it refers to in respect the AAD apps?

Hi @IBN ,

I tried searching around but so far cannot find any detailed explanation about "AAD apps". But based on my understanding of the context, Microsoft Teams is one of the apps that is mainly impacted by this incident. With the above being said, you can keep an eye on this incident via your M365 admin center for more details and upcoming updates about the issue.

We have the same issue with Yeahlink desk telephones with teams. Is there a know solution ?

Every few month all phones getting logged out.
