Microsoft Teams: Webinar Q&A Tab doesn't show for attendees who join via browser

I just conducted a webinar via my organization and we wanted to try the Q&A tab for this webinar. We decided to disable the chat and only have the Q&A. However, attendees who joined via their browser and not the Microsoft app had no way to see the Q&A tab or open it. I joined via an incognito window to test it myself to confirm that was the problem and uploaded a screenshot below. Is this being worked on or is this something I need my administrator to enable? We have attendees who use their browser instead of the app if they can't install the app or just find it easier. Plus if they are not in our organization they may not have access to the Microsoft suite and have to use their browser.!

*Edited to add: Furthering my question with the answer below, it's external users using a web client that don't have the Q&A tab. So this feature is only meant to work for internal users using the Teams application? My organization holds trainings using Microsoft teams so we need external users to be able to use these features as well whether they are using a web client or the Teams application.

    Hi @Kristine E

What are these user using Teams web client? Internal users or external users?

I did a test in our environment and found if user is in your organization, you could use the Q&A app with no issue. But if you are users outside the organization, you could not see the Q&A options in Teams web client. The screenshot is for your reference:

    For internal users:

I noticed that the reason the Q&A is available or unavailable is if the person who is joining the webinar is logged in to Microsoft or not.

Before joining the meeting, you have the option to log in, all the way at the bottom (here: "meld u aan" in Dutch)

The Q&A is only available for people who are logged in to Microsoft (see images below).

Since a lot of people will also join without a Microsoft account, it's a pity that the Q&A is not available for these people. Should be a default option, regardles of login status..
