Do Cost Analyisis projections account for credits?

Question

We had monthly credits linked to our account on August 21st. As part of my job I frequently check the year long cost projection through Cost Analysis. Do these projections account for the credits?

Currently, Azure Cost management projections do not account for credits - see references below.

I'm aware other community members have shared similar feedback.
