Hi i accidentaly removed BT700 Poly adapter in windows 10 from bluetooth and other devices and now windows doesnt recognize this device. Can you advice me how to come back to original condition?

I have exactly the same issue on my Windows 10 21H2 machine.
It works absolutely fine on another machine (Windows 11) and it also works if I pair directly via Bluetooth, but with the dongle it simply doesnt work, even though the headset states it is connected. It is frustrating as without the dongle the mute button does not work.
I have noticed that 'USB composite device' appears in device manager when I plug in the dongle, but it shows the device as disabled. If I try to enable it, Windows simply states that 'Windows was not able to enable this device'. Is this the same for any of you or did any of you manage to get this sorted out?

I have the same problem. The BT700 is not regonized anymore by my computer.
What I already tied:
No Luck! The BT700 remains invisible / unaccessable. Could you please tell me how to re-install it?

I have just commented on the original post with what I had tried so far without success, but actually, I just managed to sort it by using device manager to uninstall the USB composite device that it was reporting as being disabled. Once I had done this I then removed and plugged back in the USB dongle and its working normally again.

You should be able to reboot your device, reinstall the BT700 and Windows 10 should recognize it. If not, please try it in a different USB port. If it's the headset that's not recognised rather than the Bluetooth adapter, please do the following:
Connect the BT700 to your computer.
Put your headset into pairing mode.
Download the Poly Lens App if you don't already have it. Within the app you'll select "Pair" and your adapter will flash red and blue.
Pairings are successful when you hear "pairing successful" and "PC connected".
