In my solution I have 10 project. In that 2 web projects and remaining class library and wpf project.
It was build in dotnet framework 4.5.1. Now i want to upgrade the solution to 4.6.1.
I went to each project properties and changed Target framework to 4.6.1.Then I got popup about Project unsave files.
I clicked on YES. After target framework becomes 4.5.1. I tried several times to change target framework to 4.6.1
But it is not allowing to change the framework.
Could you please guide me on this issue.
