We are using Exchange 2016 On prem. When using the outlook mobile app and scheduling a meeting we are not able to add our internal conference rooms as a location. How can these be published as a location to reserve the rooms?
What exactly isnt working? What is the experience?
when scheduling a meeting on my iphone and i select location we are not seeing our internal meeting rooms from our active directory.
Even when searching? Nothing is returned?
Correct, the only way to reserve the room is by entering the email address to the room.
What happens is you click "Browse Conference Rooms"?
Did this ever work? Do you have Conference Room lists defined?
I dont see browse conference rooms?
