Outlook Mobile App

We are using Exchange 2016 On prem. When using the outlook mobile app and scheduling a meeting we are not able to add our internal conference rooms as a location. How can these be published as a location to reserve the rooms?

when scheduling a meeting on my iphone and i select location we are not seeing our internal meeting rooms from our active directory.

Even when searching? Nothing is returned?

Hmmm,
This says it only works with 365 mailboxes
