Hello,

I need help,my IP adress mail server cannot be done via .https: //sender.office.com delist.

Please see, I have now IP adress 27.4.2022, cannot be delist.

Please Help

This one need to be done from the Office 365 backend.

From the screenshot, we can know that your IP address cannot be removed from "https: //sender.office.com", the request has been escalated to Microsoft. So, I would suggest you wait for a while to see if it is removed.

If you still cannot send emails after waiting for a while, you could open a phone support to Office 365 double confirm it.
