Power Query - Data from Specific Cells

Question

I'm attempting to pull specific data out of an excel template and utilizing the power query feature to consolidate. Unfortunately, I need a cell to duplicate from a row without a header into the file. My goal is to pull from multiple sheets and try to consolidate these packing lists into a useable fileset.

As you can see attached, I want to pull the data under the PO Header, and then copy it until another cell, preferably the one next to PO Line, and then export. I'm new to power query, and this seems to be hexxing me right now.

Any help is appreciated.
