Hello,
Today my problem is about azure billing invoices,
My account is Created on 2019 i have bought my subscription on 2021
The Subscription suspend without reasons on 2022 On March
the susbscription was linked with my own virtual machine / remote desktop
This ( RDP ) Have secret files and important.
so i wan't to backup / because i got email from azure my data delete in 11 May this month
i have contacted / requested tickets all of they are Closed automatic without respond

the respond was from the public mail , not support agent.

NOTE: All i need is backup my old data before delete on 11 May because i really need them
i waited all this months because i was have Occupations

    I have looked into the support tickets in detail and found that our support team was unable to verify the account information provided to them and hence they have closed the tickets.
