Hi All,

I'm trying to set calendar permissions for the Medical - Support Leave Calendar but Sharing Permissions option is greyed out and when I add users in Properties I get the error.

Please advise why is it so and how to fix it.

    Hi @Cloud_Geek_82 ,

Typically, this issue occurs if the calendar that you're sharing is listed two times in the Calendar pane in Outlook.

    You can try this.

Use the Outlook for Windows client to delete the calendar

In Outlook for Windows, open the Calendar pane, and then locate the calendar name that is the same as <Mailbox Owner>.

Right-click the calendar, and then select Delete Calendar.

    Restart Outlook.

Is this a calendar within your own mailbox, or a shared one? If the latter, you can only (re)share it if you have Full Access permissions, and even so, you need to add the full mailbox in Outlook, not just the calendar (as in, add it via File > Add account). Or if you have admin permissions, you can do this via PowerShell and the Add-MailboxFolderPermission cmdlet.

    Thanks All.
The problem is that nobody know who created that calendar and who it belongs to.
It was decided to delete that calendar and create a new one.
