not able to create a basic cluster

I am not able to create a basic cluster in my Free account. So i upgraded to pay as you go also. still iam not able to create any standard or single node cluster.

it is throwing error that, this account may not have enough cpu cores to satisfy the request. estimated 10 and requested 12.

I am trying to create standard cluster mode , worker type as Standrard_DS3_v2 15GB memory and 4 cores , min workers 1 and max workers 2.

Even single node for the same worker type is also not able to create.

Please help me.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.
    I can understand you are having some issues related to creating Azure Cluster.

    You will receive this error when you exceed the limit of cores for a region. You need to raise a support ticket to increase the limit of the number of cores for for your selected Region.
