Ninitex workflow Inventory Details in SharePoint 2013

We required Nintex Inventory details, like, Workflow Name, Site url, Author and Last instance used date, we are trying to removed the Nintex workflows which we are not using, so could you please provide the PowerShell script getting all details, it is great help us getting the all details.
