Can´t delete tenant

Good afternoon!

I have an old tenant and want to delete it.

The deletion points to problems with:

Licence-based subscription
Microsoft Azure subscription

I have worked through the troubleshooting guides but the business portal (https://businessstore.microsoft.com) Isn´t accessible and there are no Enterprise Apps left.
The Tenant doesn´t have any users, groups or features left.

I´m thankful for any hint.

    When it comes to deleting your tenant with the requirement of License-based subscriptions or Azure Subscriptions remaining, can you make sure you don't have any subscriptions within your Azure Portal or Microsoft 365 portal?

    If you don't have any active subscriptions and are still having issues deleting your tenant, I'd recommend creating a support request for this issue since our support team can look further into your issue

    Hi, I´ve succesfully created a Support Request, but hadn´t the "Problem Type" and "Problem subtype" possibilities shown at your screenshot.

    I´ll keep you updated.
