Universal Printer inputBin selection

Input bin selection does not seem to be working for print jobs. I have tried several printers and print jobs seems to pick random bins even though I specify the inputBin. I have attached request/responses from the calls to create the print job (168 Print Job.txt) and then getting the printjob from GraphApi (168 Print Job Completed.txt). Also attached is the screen shot from the printer job log that shows that Tray 2 was used even though Tray 1 is specified in the request.
