Hello,

in one sentence: I installed Office 2019 Home and Business, but O365 Edition is starting.
I also used the official Micorosft Office Un-Install-Cleaner and rebooted.
I also checked the EXE File, there are in Default Directory.

I am talking about one Windows 10 Domain User Notebook.

In Userprofil JOHN is MS Office 365 (but AFAIK he has a only a Trail of M365 Business Standard)
in local Admin Userprofil "Test-Admin" is MS-Office 2019 Home and Business

further details:
a) on-premises exchange 2013 (latest CU)
c) notebook is domain-member and using outlook anywhere
f) azure AD sync existing (only password sync is configured)

Best Regards

    Hi, @Matrix-Matrix-Matrix
You can try to open the cmd command to locate the OSPP.VBS script folder.
Enter cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus to find the product key of Office365.
Enter cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:XXXXX (the last 5 digits of the product key).
Uninstall Office365 and then install Office2019.
