Hi,
I am trying to remove some sync groups in SQL Azure, however they are stuck in a progressing state and don't respond to any commands.
This is the subscription ID: 7e86ca72-6bd1-4f50-a078-23b4b1f3b691
The databases are:
db-rating-uat
db-rating-dev
The Sync group is:
SyncGroup1
Could you force stop / delete these sync groups for me please?
This is happening quite often and prevents us from deploying the databases until it is resolved.
Do you think it is because these databases and the sync targets are set to auto pause in Azure?

I've tried renaming the databases but it still shows as 'progressing'
The logs doesn't have any messages since 8AM this morning so it seems to have gone into a bad place.
Is there anything else I can do or do I need to raise an Azure support ticket to get someone to sort it out in the backend?
Thanks,
Mike
My suggestion is to disable temporarily the SQL user you used to configure the hub database in the sync group. In that case, your sync group will not be able to connect to the hub database and the sync will fail.
You can also temporarily rename one of the databases, and that will cause the sync group to not be able to connect and fail out the sync.
