Exchange has no idea if the user accessing OWA is internal or external.
You should enable Forms Based Authentication so the experience is the same for all users, otherwise, external users will get prompted with a windows prompt as you have seen

Hello All,
I have exchange server 2019 (dag) and i enabled single sign on "disabled form authentication and enabled windows authentication) and its working find, but when im trying to open owa from outside the organization im getting windows dialog box not customized owa login page:
and if the user ties to sing out from owa (outside the organization) then he could not sign-out and he must close all taps:
Can i fix those issues without disable SSO
