Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this

I am struggling to find an option to assign some custom policies (Dial Plan & Voice Routing) to a group as a policy package.

The Dial Plan option does not exist for that, is there a way to have it assigned to a group?

Secondly, when I select the Voice Routing Policy in the package and go to apply it says "Teams online voice routing policies aren't currently supported in group package assignment. .....".

I have done some research but cannot find anything useful. Surely this is a feature that exists!?

    Hi @IBN ,

Regarding Dial Plan, as you mentioned, it's currently not supported in Policy packages and doesn't have the option of "Group policy assignment" either.

And for Voice Routing Policy, although it can be added in to policy packages, as indicated in the warning message you shared above, a policy package with Voice Routing policy is currently not supported to to be assigned to a group.

Given this, you may consider assigning them to bulk users instead as a workaround. For more details, you may refer to: Assign a policy to a batch of users.
