Windows 11, multiple monitor issues?

I have three monitors, my main display is a 2560x1440 144 HZ monitor connected through a display port, then I have a 1920x1080 TV through a display port and a 1360x728 TV through HDMI. Ever since I installed Windows 11, I've had an issue with my multiple monitors which had never occurred on Windows 10. Most of the time when I open a new app/alt-tab back into an app/select a new app/etc. the two TVs flicker to black for a split second then the taskbars pop-up and get stuck with no apps shown on them. It causes significant FPS drop in games I play as well as makes it impossible to access my taskbar for as long as the empty taskbars are shown. I also use wallpaper engine and the wallpaper comes off for the two TVs whenever this happens but stays on the main monitor.

All drivers are up to date. I am past the 10 day threshold so I can't easily revert back to Windows 10.

I could only imagine that it is an issue with using TVs, any thoughts?

    Hello,

For the screen flickering problem when opening applications or switching applications on multiple monitors, you can try to check from the following three aspects:

1.Some applications may not be compatible with winodws 11, causing the screen to flicker or be cluttered. At this point, you need to uninstall the application and restart the device to check if the problem is resolved:

2.After closing the browser's hardware acceleration configuration, check whether it returns to normal:
    Edge Settings>System
    Google Chrome Settings>Advanced
    Firefox Settings>General>Performance

3.Waiting for the next update version of Windows 11

    Best Regards,
