I renewed the certification and the panel keeps asking me to do the update test. Transcript does not update expiration date.

I did the renewal of my certification and the certifications panel keeps asking me to do the update and it didn't update the Transcript date. I've taken the test twice and I've passed it twice and the failure continues, could you help me?
