You could download drivers from the manufacturer's site by using an another computer and then install them manually.

Hi
After re-installing windows freshly from a bootable usb stick due to a severe virus infection it seems like I’m missing many drivers. I also cannot connect to the internet and my computer performance is significantly slower.
Can anyone please assist me?
