Hello,
I would appreciate any help ,
I have a Laptop that is was joined to Azure AD and the user left .
I cant login to the Laptop.
I changed the password and connected the Laptop to the internet on the logon screen. error - still wrong passwords ( done a few times with deferent passwords )
Tried to login with deferent domain user and password , getting wrong password as error.
Enter with windows PE and try to reset local password , it doesn't see the Azure user. i reset the local admin and enabled it but cant get to change to local on the logon screen.
Tried to get to the windows 10 "safe mode" in order to reset windows , cant get to it , reset with Shift do not get to the troubleshot screen and just reboot.

    Hello,

I suggest you to make clean install of Windows 10, and setup it with your own Azure AD account:

Thank you for your response but this is not a good solution that i already know about :)
First i want to prepper myself to a situation that someone forgot his password and i need to give him access and i azure AD is acting weird in this situation.
In a none cloud domain join computer i will not have a problem accessing it with domain admin or local admin password.
Also the windows key is OEM and i dont have it since it comes with the LAPTOP. i also remember that OEM installation disk is not the usual installation disk and i dont have it.
