QnA Maker throwing something went wrong and malfunctioning

The Score's which are returning from QnA maker are not appropriate.
For Ex: when a question is trained as Change my language to Es .
The score is returned as 71.7% for the utterance Es.

Expected Score should be at least less than 50%.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Do you have other similar question and answer pairs? Please review our best practices guide to improve your knowledge base. Try to use distinct words to differentiate questions as suggested here. Regarding the error, it is probably an intermittent issue. Does it pop up at random times? What region is your resource so I can try to reproduce the error on my end? I encourage you to share feedback using the smiley icon at the top of the portal as well if error persists. I have followed he best practice and also the suggestions.

This behavior is observed from past 1 week, before that the scores were good.
Here are few more examples:
Some of the question and answer pairs have Connect as word in them like
QnA 1. I am been facing issue with my login credentials, can i connect with an agent to resolve them
QnA 2. I cannot connect using my VPN.
QnA 3. Unable to connect to internet.
QnA 4. How to connect with people through teams.

While all these different QnA pairs have Connect word in their utterance yet we are getting the result for one with a high QnA Score i.e: 71.53% which is not expected.

Yes the Error pops up at random times

Note: West US is the region in which the QnA service resource is created

Please recreate the scenario and let me know the resolution.
