Clearing Team's Cache

I have the procedures for clearing Team's Cache but the machine is shared. If the user in question is not logged in can his Team's Cache be cleared? He is a shift worker and works opposite shifts. Teams works fine when a different user is logged in. The problem is related to another specific user.

    Don't worry about it. You won't lose any user data by clearing the cache. Restarting Teams after you clear the cache might take longer than usual because the Teams cache files have to be rebuilt.
