Link between MEC&learn

How can I link my MEC badges & certificate with learn.First time I miss it when I log in in learn.but my e-mail ids are same in MEC & learn.can I link it in learn?how? Let me know plz.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
