TS Cal per device and USER profile redirection acts differently then TS Cal per user.

TS software seems to have issues when user accounts are redirected and using device cals. The issues does not happen to users when user cals are used. Software does use windows profile redirection in which users are allow full control of the own .ini files, to make customizations.
The software error seems to relate to ucrtbase.dll as a faulty module the code points to a memory access violation.

Can anyone help me understand the user profile with device cals if their is any difference than user cal and user profiles?
This is the only differences to 2 environments that I can directly see an issue.
