Missing original email after forwarding it.

Hello All,
Exchange server 2019 CU 11 is available .
Users forwarded the email to another user. When user search the original email it is not available.
If user go and check on the specific date the original email is available.
All users are facing this issue.
We checked the rules, option settings, moved the mailbox to the new database, Outlook is up-to-date. but no luck,
How can we fix this issue?

Did this issue occur on all Outlook versions?
If you are not using the latest Outlook version, I would recommend upgrading first and see if it can help with this issue.----------
Did you use message subject or other filters in the Outlook search bar to search the message?
By “go and check on the specific date”, did you mean scroll down to search for the message?
Please also have a check in OWA (the web version of Outlook) and see if the issue persists. -
