Missing original email after forwarding it.

Hello All,

Exchange server 2019 CU 11 is available .

Users forwarded the email to another user. When user search the original email it is not available.

If user go and check on the specific date the original email is available.

All users are facing this issue.

We checked the rules, option settings, moved the mailbox to the new database, Outlook is up-to-date. but no luck,

How can we fix this issue?
