Automated Deployment in Teams including Web Application, Database and Web Service

Question

We have a Teams app which includes database and web service. we need to deploy this app on client's tenant - with this deployment we need to setup the database and and host web services and web application on their server. if we go by manual process, it is not feasible to deploy database , host web services manually for each client and it will be very time taking. Is is possible automate this process? For instance, whenever client installs the app from Teams App Store, it should automatically setup the database and host the web application and services on their server.

Do you mean that you want to add an app in Teams?

If so, you can add apps in tabs in both chats and channels. For more information, please read the following articles:

If you want to deploy other applications, it seems no direct ways to realize by Teams.
