SEHException after Security-Patch installation

After installation of the actual patches and reboot I get this error:

    I tried a repair installation of Sharepoint and it was successful. Actually everything is running fine. For this I started the repair installation from the Program and features Dialog selected the repair function in the setup of SharePoint. After this reboot your system and Sharepoint is runnin.
