Enable Archive mailbox In Exchange 2019

HI All,
Is there a possibility where we can enable Archive mailbox in Exchange Onpremises/2019 for an Exchange Online User mailbox?

    No, that is not possible.
    You can only enable an archive in Exchange Online for an on-prem primary mailbox or an Exchange Online Primary Mailbox, not the other way around.
