Azure Orbital Telemetry Data Processing

Question

Hello,

I'm currently trying to use orbital to establish contacts with the NASA Aqua satellite. I made 3 successful contacts. However, It seems the output telemetry data BIN file can't be processed using NASA software or even mounting it as an image. Each contact produces around 20 GB single BIN file. Any advice on how to achieve level 0 telemetry data processing?

I Sincerely apologies for the delay here. Azure Orbital is not currently a supported product on Microsoft Q&A.

I was able to reach-out to the internal Orbital team. You need to run the downlink through a demodulation configuration which would process the data. In step 6 of the tutorial is instruction to contact us and send us information to support next steps.
