I inserted a YouTube video into PowerPoint slides (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016). Whenever I try to play it, it says, "We couldn't load the video because your browser version is not supported." I checked all my browsers - it is Chrome and Microsoft Edge of the latest versions. I also set Microsoft Edge as a default browser, and still encounter the same problem.

    Hi @Anonymous

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

Which version of Windows are you using now?
1 If you have Windows 10 or below, please go to Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn Windows features on or off, check IE is ticked though you have set Edge as a default browser.

    • If IE is already ticked, it is recommended to cancel the installation of IE first, and then ticke and install it back after restarting for a test.

2 If you are using Windows 11, I suggest you reset Edge and update Windows 11 to have a check.

Any updates, welcome to post back.
