MS Teams Traffic Usage

Hello Teams community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

We had an MS Teams Conference yesterday and it was observed that huge traffic was utilized by the MS Teams Application.

Therefore we need to know why MS Teams meetings use our bandwidth

Based on my research, these media traffic will affect your bandwidth when you schedule Teams meeting (Audio/Video/Screen Sharing). In Teams admin center, you could set how you want to deal real-time media traffic for Teams meetings by using quality of Service (QoS). For more details, you could refer to:
