Install and set system default font for all user profiles

I'm trying to find a way to set the system default font for all the users log into the computer as administrator. I searched about system font setting and it seems the system font can be unique for each user profile. I'm wondering whether it is possible to do so in Windows 10. A script solution that doesn't directly modify the registry is also acceptable.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Also, is it possible to change the font size in accessibility for all users?

I think this is possible to be achieved through group policy editor.

All the methods is not tested. These are only possible solutions. I will try them out next week and post the follow up.
