Change Teams Rooms 12 hour clock

Please I need your help on this.

I have a Yealink Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) on Windows but on the Home Screen, it displays a 12-hour clock (1:16 PM instead of 13:16).

I have changed the regional settings on the admin account but it still shows wrong when logging back into the ‘Skype’ account.

I would suspect that you need to update the firmware, some of these units, as far as I have read, have had problems with older firmwares. Recommend to start by checking firmware version and then checking their support for known issues.
