Hello Teams Community,
Please I need your help on this.
I have a Yealink Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) on Windows but on the Home Screen, it displays a 12-hour clock (1:16 PM instead of 13:16).
I have changed the regional settings on the admin account but it still shows wrong when logging back into the ‘Skype’ account.

Have you tried to change the time setting in Window?
Open the Windows Start button > Settings > Time & Language > Region > Change data formats change the format in Short Time and Long Time
It has been a while, how is everything going?
If you have any update about this issue, please feel free to post back.
I would suspect that you need to update the firmware, some of these units, as far as I have read, have had problems with older firmwares. Recommend to start by checking firmware version and then checking their support for known issues.
